Privacy Policy

We collect account data such as your name, email address, login credentials and role as a coach or client. We may also collect profile data you choose to provide, including profile images, fitness preferences, goals and other details relevant to coaching.

When you use Metryxx, we process workout data, nutrition plan data, daily check-in data, progress information and messages exchanged between coaches and clients. We also maintain coach/client relationship data so the right people can access shared plans, check-ins and conversations.

We may automatically collect limited device and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic logs, feature interactions and approximate timestamps. This helps us maintain security and improve product performance.

We use information to operate the platform, provide coach and client features, synchronize plans and check-ins, deliver messages, manage client relationships, generate exports, provide support and improve the reliability and usability of Metryxx.

We may also use information to prevent misuse, diagnose technical issues, protect accounts and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Metryxx uses Supabase and related backend infrastructure to provide database, authentication, file storage and realtime functionality. Information may be stored and processed through Supabase and other service providers required to operate, secure and support the platform.

We share data only with service providers required to deliver these functions, and only to the extent reasonably necessary for them to provide their services. Providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments.

Coaches can access information their connected clients share through Metryxx, including profile details, plans, check-ins, progress and messages. Clients can access plans, guidance and messages shared by their coach. This sharing is fundamental to the coach/client relationship.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety and rights of users or Metryxx, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not share personal information with advertisers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account credentials and devices.

We retain information while an account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and maintain security. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and why it is held.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. To request account deletion, email us from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

When an account is deleted, we will remove or de-identify associated personal information unless retention is required for legal, security or legitimate operational reasons. Information already shared within a coach/client relationship may remain in limited records where necessary to preserve platform integrity or meet legal obligations.

Metryxx is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to use of an online service in their jurisdiction without a parent or guardian. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have any permissions required when coaching minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Metryxx evolves. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required.
