Terms of Service

Metryxx is a fitness coaching platform that helps coaches and clients manage workout plans, nutrition plans, check-ins, messages, progress and coaching relationships. Features may change as the platform develops, especially while Metryxx is in beta.

You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use Metryxx on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Metryxx is a software platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content made available through the platform, including workouts and nutrition guidance, is for coaching and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional.

Coaches are solely responsible for the coaching guidance, plans and communications they provide. Clients should consult an appropriate physician or other qualified professional about injuries, health conditions, dietary needs, medications or any medical concern before starting or changing a fitness or nutrition program. Stop activity and seek professional help if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that compromises security or misrepresents who is using the service.

Coaches are responsible for managing client access and handling client information appropriately. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they share with their coach and through check-ins.

You may not use Metryxx to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, harass or harm others, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape the platform, misrepresent your identity or upload content you do not have the right to use.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Metryxx a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content and use of the platform comply with applicable laws.

We work to keep Metryxx reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, apply reasonable usage limits or restrict access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance or protection of the platform.

Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice and contain errors. Feedback you choose to provide may be used to improve Metryxx without restriction or compensation.

Metryxx does not currently present pricing on this website. Paid plans, subscriptions or other charges may be introduced later. If that happens, applicable prices, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation options and any additional payment terms will be shown before you are charged.

You may stop using Metryxx at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, when an account creates risk or legal exposure, or when required to protect users and the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, Metryxx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant particular fitness outcomes, coaching results, data accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metryxx and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
